ब्राह्मणस्य पूर्वतरा वृत्तिः — The Earlier Ideal Conduct of a Brahmana

काल पश्यति सुव्यक्ते पाणावामलकं यथा । कालचारित्रतत्त्वज्ञ: सर्वशास्त्रविशारद:
kālaṁ paśyati suvyakte pāṇāv āmalakaṁ yathā | kālacāritra-tattvajñaḥ sarvaśāstra-viśāradaḥ ||
毗湿摩说道：“你洞见时间，清明无碍，如同看见一枚阿摩罗果（āmalaka）安放在掌心。你通晓时间的真实体性及其行迹，又精通一切论典（śāstra）。”
