सर्व काल: समादत्ते गम्भीर: स्वेन तेजसा । तस्मिन्‌ कालवशं प्राप्ते का व्यथा मे विजानतः

Transliteration

sarvaḥ kālaḥ samādatte gambhīraḥ svena tejasā | tasmin kālavaśaṃ prāpte kā vyathā me vijānataḥ ||

Translation

释迦罗说道：“一切众生皆为时间所攫——深沉而不可抗拒——凭其自有之力。既已归于时间的统御，我既明了世间之倏忽无常，又何来悲苦？”
