Adhyāya 222 — ब्रह्मस्थानप्राप्ति: मोक्षधर्मे समत्वव्रतम्

Attaining the Brahman-Station: The Vow of Equanimity in Mokṣadharma

स तदाभ्यर्च्य दैत्येन्द्र त्रलोक्यपतिरी श्वरः । असुरेन्द्रमुपामन्त्रय जगाम स्वं निवेशनम्‌

sa tadābhyarcya daityendra trilokyapatir īśvaraḥ | asurendram upāmantrya jagāma svaṃ niveśanam ||

随后,因陀罗——三界之主——既已如礼敬奉代提耶之王,亦向普罗诃罗陀(Prahlāda)致以崇敬。继而他向阿修罗之王辞别,得其允诺,便启程返回自己的居所——天界(Svarga)。此事昭示一则道德理想:纵为强权之君,也当敬重功德与正法所在,并以谦恭礼数告退,而非以傲慢自居。
