एते भावा जगत् सर्व वहन्ति सचराचरम् | श्रिता विरजसं देव॑ यमाहु: प्रकृतेः परम्
ete bhāvā jagat sarva vahanti sacarācaram | śritā virajasaṃ devaṃ yam āhuḥ prakṛteḥ param ||
毗湿摩说道:“这些根本的状态与原则,支撑着整个宇宙——一切动与不动。它们依止于那无垢、离罗阇(rajas)的神圣者;智者宣说彼超越于普拉克利蒂(Prakṛti,物质自然)。”
भीष्म उवाच
All cosmic functions and the entire animate–inanimate world are upheld by deeper principles, yet ultimately depend upon a transcendent, rajas-free Divine reality that stands beyond material nature (Prakriti).
In Shanti Parva’s instruction, Bhishma continues his philosophical exposition to Yudhishthira, explaining the metaphysical basis of the universe and pointing to a supreme principle beyond Prakriti upon which all states of existence rely.
