Guru’s Instruction on Dream, Mind, Guṇas, and Knowing Brahman
Svapna–Manas–Guṇa–Brahma-vicāra
tatas te samabhidrutya varāhaṁ jagṛhuḥ samam | saṅkruddhāś ca varāhaṁ taṁ vyakarṣanta samantataḥ ||
The verse highlights how beings deluded by kāla (the overpowering force of Time and destiny) can rush into adharma with collective fury, mistaking aggression and numbers for righteousness and real strength; it implicitly contrasts such delusion with the steadiness of the divine order that ultimately prevails.
A group of Daityas, acting together in anger, charge at Varāha, seize him immediately, and begin pulling him from all directions—setting the scene for a confrontation between demonic force and the divine presence.
