Guru’s Instruction on Dream, Mind, Guṇas, and Knowing Brahman

Svapna–Manas–Guṇa–Brahma-vicāra

eṣa vegena gatvā hi yatra te dānavādhamāḥ

Educational Q&A

When adharma entrenches itself—even in hidden or inaccessible realms—swift and decisive action aligned with dharma is necessary; the passage frames this as divine protection that restores moral and cosmic balance.

Bhīṣma indicates that the powerful agent (understood in the surrounding context as the Lord, often identified with Varāha in the accompanying prose tradition) will quickly go to the place where the vile Dānavas dwell, implying their impending defeat and the relief of the devas.
