Educational Q&A

Steady performance of prescribed duties purifies and illumines the mind; with desirelessness and discernment one transcends mere action and realizes Brahman.

In Shanti Parva, Bhishma instructs on the path from disciplined dharma and karma to inner purification, renunciation of desires, and direct realization of the Supreme.
