भरद्वाज उवाच
This line is a colophon marking the completion of a chapter centered on Mokṣadharma—teachings on dharma oriented toward liberation—framed as a dialogue between the sages Bhṛgu and Bharadvāja.
No new narrative event occurs here; the text formally closes the chapter, identifying its placement (Śānti Parva → Mokṣadharma) and its subject (the Bhṛgu–Bharadvāja dialogue).
