मनुष्यों ब्राह्मणश्चासि श्रोत्रियश्वासि काश्यप । सुदुर्लभमवाप्यैतन्न दोषान्मर्तुमहसि
manuṣyo brāhmaṇaś cāsi śrotriyaś cāsi kāśyapa | sudurlabham avāpyaitad na doṣān martum arhasi ||
毗湿摩说道：“噢，迦叶波啊，你既为人身，又为婆罗门，且为通晓吠陀的学者。既得此极其难得的人身，不应只盯着其过失，便决意自尽。”
