नैतादशं ब्राह्मणस्यास्ति वित्त यथैकता समता सत्यता च | शीलं स्थितिर्दण्डनिधानमार्जवं ततस्ततश्षोपरम: क्रियाभ्य:
naitādaśaṃ brāhmaṇasyāsti vittaṃ yathaikatā samatā satyatā ca | śīlaṃ sthitir daṇḍanidhānam ārjavaṃ tatastataḥ śoparamaḥ kriyābhyaḥ ||
毗湿摩说道：“婆罗门没有任何财富可与此相比——志向一如、心境平等与诚实；善行、坚定、放下杖罚（舍弃暴力与强制）与坦率；并且一次又一次地从世间作为中退隐。这些才是支撑其法（dharma）的真实财宝。”
