Ajagara-vrata (The ‘Python’ Discipline): Prahrāda Questions a Wandering Sage
विश्वलेदेवा: सपितर: साग्नयश्नोपकल्पिता: । विलिप्ता: पुष्पवन्तश्न सुप्रचारा: सुपूजिता: । व्यराजन्त महाराज नक्षत्रपतयो यथा
viśve devāḥ sa-pitaraḥ sāgnayaś copakalpitāḥ | viliptāḥ puṣpavantaś ca supracārāḥ supūjitāḥ | vyarājanta mahārāja nakṣatrapatayo yathā ||
毗湿摩说道：“大王啊，那些婆罗门被恭敬侍奉，视作毗湿维天众、祖灵（Pitṛ）与火神阿耆尼的化身。他们被涂以檀香，佩以花鬘，并以端正仪礼加以供奉。端坐于各自座席之上，他们光辉灿然——宛如夜空中群星之主的明月。”
