अपि चाप्सु निमज्जेत जपेस्त्रिरघमर्षणम्‌ । यथाश्वमेधावभूथस्तथा तन्मनुरब्रवीत्‌

Transliteration

api cāpsu nimajjet japet trir-aghamarṣaṇam | yathāśvamedhāvabhūthaḥ tathā tan manur abravīt, yadi |

Translation

商那迦说道：“若有人入水沉浸，诵念《阿伽摩尔沙那》(Aghamarṣaṇa) 三遍，便得与马祭(Aśvamedha) 终末净浴(avabhṛtha-snāna) 同等之功德——摩奴(Manu) 如是宣说。”
