इति श्रीमहाभारते शान्तिपर्वणि आपद्धर्मपर्वणि भार्याप्रशंसायां चतुश्चत्वारिंशदधिकशततमो< ध्याय:

Transliteration

iti śrīmahābhārate śāntiparvaṇi āpaddharmaparvaṇi bhāryāpraśaṃsāyāṃ catuścatvāriṃśad-adhika-śatatamo 'dhyāyaḥ |

Translation

至此，在《圣摩诃婆罗多》中，于《寂静篇》（Śānti Parva）之内、尤在论及困厄时之行持（Āpaddharma）一节，赞颂妻子的篇章告终：第一百四十四章已毕。此结语表明毗湿摩关于妻子之伦理价值的教诲已终——她乃护持法（dharma）的同伴，尤能在逆境中为之支撑。
