कुमित्रे संगतिर्नास्ति नित्यमस्थिरसौहदे । अवमान: कुसम्बन्धे भवत्यर्थविपर्यये
Transliteration
kumitre saṅgatir nāsti nityam asthira-sauhade | avamānaḥ kusambandhe bhavaty artha-viparyaye ||
Translation
与恶友不可能长久相伴，因为那样的情谊恒常不定。若关系本已污浊，一旦利害相左，轻慢与羞辱便必然随之而起。
