रक्षितं द्रोणकर्णाभ्याम श्वत्थाम्ना कृपेण च | तत्‌ त्वया निहत॑ वीर तस्माद्‌ भुड्क्ष्य वसुन्धराम्‌

Transliteration

rakṣitaṃ droṇa-karṇābhyāṃ śvatthāmnā kṛpeṇa ca | tat tvayā nihataṃ vīra tasmād bhuṅkṣva vasundharām ||

Translation

毗舍波耶那说道：“此国土曾由德罗那与迦尔那守护，又有阿湿婆他曼与克利帕护卫。然而你，勇士啊，竟将他们尽数诛灭。因此，享有这大地（王国）吧，并以正法承担其治世之责。”
