एवमाश्वचासितो विद्वान् माजरिण स मूषिक: । मार्जारोरसि विस्रब्ध: सुष्वाप पितृमातृवत्
evam āśvāsitaḥ vidvān mārjāriṇā sa mūṣikaḥ | mārjārorasi visrabdhaḥ suṣvāpa pitṛ-mātṛ-vat ||
就这样，聪慧的猫出言安抚之后，老鼠疑虑尽消，便安然伏在猫的胸前睡去，信任得如同幼子安卧于父母怀中一般。
