प्रत्युपकुर्वन् बह्मपि न भाति पूर्वोपकारिणा तुल्य: । एक: करोति हि कृते निष्कारणमेव कुरुतेडन्य:
pratyupakurvan bahum api na bhāti pūrvopakāriṇā tulyāḥ | ekaḥ karoti hi kṛte niṣkāraṇam eva karoty anyaḥ ||
毗湿摩说道：“纵使有人以百倍之力回报恩惠，也终不如那最初施恩者光耀。因为一人行善，不过是为报答所受之恩；而另一人行善，却无所驱使——不待缘由，自然而然，未曾被求而先施。”
