Transliteration

sandhātavyaṁ budhair nityaṁ vyavasya ca hitārthibhiḥ | amitrair api sandheyaṁ prāṇā rakṣyā hi bhārata ||

Translation

毗湿摩曰：智者既已坚决取其真正之利，便当常求结盟与和解。若势所必需，亦当与敌议和——噢，婆罗多——因为护持性命，实为恒常之责。
