आपद्धर्मे राज्ञः नीतिः — Bharadvāja’s Counsel on Crisis-Statecraft (Śānti Parva 138)
अनागतमनर्थ हि सुनयैर्य: प्रबाधयेत् । स न संशयमाप्रोति रोचतां भो व्रजामहे
anāgatam anarthaṁ hi sunayair yaḥ prabādhayet | sa na saṁśayam āpnoti rocatāṁ bho vrajāmahe ||
毗湿摩说道：“诚然，能以善政良策在祸患未至之前先行消弭者，必不至于为性命之失而疑惧。若诸君以我言为然，便随我来——我们去往另一处水塘。”
