प्रावषीवासितग्रीवो मज्जेत निशि निर्जने । मायूरेण गुणेनैव स्त्रीभिश्चालक्षितश्चरेत्
prāvaṣīvāsita-grīvo majjeta niśi nirjane | māyūreṇa guṇenaiva strībhiś cālakṣitaś caret |
毗湿摩说：“如孔雀雨淋湿颈，于孤寂的夜半隐伏而归于静默；国王在雨季亦当如此，不宜出师攻敌，而应潜居宫中，戒备森严。取孔雀之性，行止不露痕迹——甚至不为妇人所觉——以守秘密与克制。”
