परेषां सिद्धिमाकांक्षन्‌ नीच: स्याद्‌ धर्मभिक्षुक:

Transliteration

pareṣāṁ siddhim ākāṅkṣan nīcaḥ syād dharmabhikṣukaḥ

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“若有人渴望他人功业成就或灵性证得，而自身行止卑劣，此人便成了‘法之乞者’——把功德当作施舍来讨取，而非以自身正行与戒律去赢得。”
