Gaṇānāṃ Vṛttiḥ — On the Sustenance and Cohesion of Assemblies
Gaṇa-nīti
भेदे गणा विनेशुर्हि भिन्नास्तु सुजया: परै: | तस्मात् संघातयोगेन प्रयतेरन् गणा: सदा
bhede gaṇā vineśur hi bhinnās tu sujayāḥ paraiḥ | tasmāt saṅghātayogena prayateran gaṇāḥ sadā ||
毗湿摩说道：“邦联与共和之众（伽那）确因内部分裂而灭亡；一旦裂开，便被敌人轻易征服。因此，诸族与议会当常以合众同心而求胜——同一宗旨，同一决断。”
