तथैव चान्यैरपि शास्त्रवेदिभि: स्वलंकृतै: शास्त्रविधानदृष्टिभि: । सुशिक्षितैर्भाष्पकथाविशारदै: परेषु कृत्यामुपधारयेच्च

Transliteration

tathaiva cānyair api śāstravedibhiḥ svalankṛtaiḥ śāstravidhānadṛṣṭibhiḥ | suśikṣitair bhāṣyakathāviśāradaiḥ pareṣu kṛtyām upadhārayec ca ||

Translation

毗湿摩说道：“同样地，也应当任用其他博学之士——通晓经典，衣饰端整，受过经论所规定仪轨之训练；学识精良，善于注释与讲解——令其对敌人施行并运用此类仪式。”
