मृदु-तीक्ष्ण-नीति तथा दुष्टलक्षण-विज्ञानम्

Measured Policy and the Recognition of Malicious Disposition

स्थानानि शड़्कितानां च नित्यमेव विवर्जयेत्‌ । न च तेष्वाश्वसेद्‌ राजा जाग्रतीह निराकृता:

sthānāni śaṅkitānāṁ ca nityam eva vivarjayet | na ca teṣv āśvased rājā jāgratīha nirākṛtāḥ ||

毗湿摩说道:“君王当恒常避开那些疑心已起之人所常出入之处。君王亦不可对他们寄以信任;因为在此世间,凡被拒斥或受伤害的仇敌,常怀复仇之念,时时警觉伺机。”
