Upāya-dharma and Senāyoga: Expedient Ethics & Army Deployment
क्षेयेडा: किलकिलाशब्दा: क्रकचा गोविषाणिका: । भेरीमृदज़पणवान् नादयेयु: पुराश्चरान्
kṣeyeḍāḥ kila-kilā-śabdāḥ krakacā go-viṣāṇikāḥ | bherī-mṛdaṅga-paṇavān nādayeyuḥ purāścarān ||
毗湿摩说道：“当令行军在前的将士高发战呼与欢呼，并吹奏击打诸器——krakaca、牛角号（go-viṣāṇikā），以及大鼓如 bherī、mṛdaṅga、paṇava——使军队整肃而自信地推进，并动摇敌军的胆气。”
