Upāya-dharma and Senāyoga: Expedient Ethics & Army Deployment
मनुष्यापसदा होते ये भवन्ति पराड्मुखा: । राशिवर्धनमात्रास्ते नैव ते प्रेत्य नो इह
manuṣyāpasadā hote ye bhavanti parāṅmukhāḥ | rāśivardhanamātrās te naiva te pretya no iha ||
毗湿摩说道：在战场上转身背敌者，便成了人中最下贱之辈。他们不过徒增军伍之数，却无真实的勇武与护佑之功。此等之人，无论今世或死后，都不得安乐，因为在决断之际弃舍了自己的法（dharma）与本分。
