अर्थनाशो वधो>कीर्तिरियशश्ष पलायने । अमनोीज्ञासुखा वाच: पुरुषस्य पलायने
artha-nāśo vadho 'kīrtir iyaśaś ca palāyane | amanojñā-sukhā vācāḥ puruṣasya palāyane ||
毗湿摩说道：“从战场逃遁有诸多过失：志业与财物尽毁；奔逃之际或为敌所杀；耻辱随身，恶名四播。并且，人一旦背离战争，还须忍受他人许多尖刻、难听而刺痛的言语。”
