महाधनुर्धर राजा दुर्योधनको पृथ्वीपर पड़ा हुआ देख कृपाचार्य आदि सभी महारथी मोहके वशीभूत हो गये ।।
sañjaya uvāca | avātīrya rathebhyaś ca prādravan rājasaṃnidhau | duryodhanaṃ ca samprekṣya sarve bhūmāv upāviśan ||
三阇耶说道：他们从战车上跃下，奔向王侧。见杜律欧陀那倒卧在地，众人尽在他身旁席地而坐，惊惧与哀恸使其心神崩解。
