Duryodhana-vadha-pratikriyā: Harṣa, Nindā, and Kṛṣṇa’s Nīti-vyākhyā (Śalya-parva 60)

भीमसेनस्य तद्‌ दुःखमतीव हृदि वर्तते । इति संचिन्त्य वार्ष्णेय मयैतत्‌ समुपेक्षितम्‌,वृष्णिनन्दन! भीमसेनके हृदयमें इन सब बातोंके लिये बड़ा दुःख था। यही सोचकर मैंने उनके इस कार्यकी उपेक्षा की है

bhīmasenasya tad duḥkham atīva hṛdi vartate | iti saṃcintya vārṣṇeya mayaitat samupeक्षितam, vṛṣṇinandana ||

尤提施提罗说道:「我思量到,毗摩塞那因这一切在心中怀着极深的悲痛。因此,瓦尔什涅耶啊,弗利什尼族之欢悦者,我便选择对他的举动予以宽宥——明白是痛苦驱使了他。」
