इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत शल्यपर्वमें संकुलयुद्धविषयक चौदहवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
sarvapārṣṇavaiḥ bāṇaiḥ karmāraparimārjitaiḥ | svarṇapuṅkhaiḥ śilādhautaiḥ dhanuryantrapracoditaiḥ ||
三阇耶说道：那些箭矢尽为铁制，由铁匠细心洗拭磨光；其尾羽饰以金翎，又在石上磨砺至锋利无比，并以弓力如精密机括般发射而出。此番描写正显出战争的刻意与工巧：人的技艺与意志，使器具化为致命之具。
