Shloka 20

भूमे: क्षमा च तेजश्न समग्र॑ सूर्यमण्डलात्‌ । वायोर्बल प्राप्रुहि त्वं भूते भ्यक्षात्मसम्पदम्‌,तुम भूमिसे क्षमा, सूर्यमण्डलसे तेज, वायुसे बल तथा सम्पूर्ण भूतोंसे अपनी सम्पत्ति प्राप्त करो

bhūmeḥ kṣamā ca tejaś ca samagraṃ sūryamaṇḍalāt | vāyor balaṃ prāpnuhi tvaṃ bhūtebhyaś cātmasaṃpadam ||

毗度罗说:“从大地取忍耐与宽容;从圆满的太阳取光辉与澄明;从风取力量与劲健;又从一切众生之中,汇聚真我的财富——内在的资粮。如此向元素与万类学习,便能培育在逆境中行正道所需的内在力量。”
