Nārada’s Examination of Royal Ethics

अमात्यानुपधातीतान्‌ पितृपैतामहाञ्छुचीन्‌ । श्रेष्ठाउ्छेछ्वेषु कच्चित्‌ त्वं नियोजयसि कर्मसु

amātyān upadhātītān pitṛpaitāmahān śucīn | śreṣṭhān ucchveṣv eva kaccit tvaṁ niyojayasi karmasu ||

那罗陀说道:“大王啊,你是否任用那些不受贪腐与阴谋所染的臣子——承继祖先声望、品行清净之人——使其中最贤者常得承担最崇高、最相称的政务?”
