三阇耶说道:大王啊!当时,杜尤陀那见己方诸将士皆为怖畏怖摩塞那而溃逃,便悲号连连,转而对自己的御者说道——
संजय उवाच
The verse highlights the fragility of collective resolve under fear: when warriors lose courage, even a powerful force can dissolve into flight. Ethically, it points to the responsibility of leadership in crisis—how a leader’s choices and prior conduct shape the morale and stability of those who follow him.
Sañjaya narrates that Duryodhana sees his troops fleeing, overwhelmed by fear of Bhīma. In alarm, Duryodhana cries out and addresses his charioteer, setting up the next action or command meant to respond to the battlefield collapse.
