अशवनुवंश्वाभिमन्यो: कर्ण: स्थातुं रणेडग्रत: । सौभद्रशरनिर्भिन्नो विसंज्ञ: शोणितोक्षित:

Transliteration

aśvan uvaṁśvābhimanyoḥ karṇaḥ sthātuṁ raṇe 'grataḥ | saubhadra-śara-nirbhinnō visaṁjñaḥ śoṇitokṣitaḥ ||

Translation

三阇耶说道：迦尔纳在战阵前锋已无力与阿毗曼纽对峙，被苏跋陀罗之子之箭矢洞穿；他血染全身，昏厥倒地。此景昭示：战乱纷纭之中，纵是最强者亦会在正当的抗争与无畏的勇烈前被压倒；而不知节制的武力，终将在沙场上触及其极限。
