एक एव रणे भीष्म एकवीरत्वमागत: । “किंतु समरांगणमें भीष्मजी अकेले ही पाण्डवों और सूंजयोंको खदेड़कर युद्धमें अद्वितीय वीरके रूपमें विख्यात हुए

三阇耶说道：在那一战中，毗湿摩独自一人便成就了“孤勇之冠军”的境界——驱退般度族与斯林阇耶诸军，在战场上以无双英雄之名震动四方。此句凸显：在战争里，非凡的武艺足以在刹那间压过人数与盟约；同时也暗示了那种悲壮的宏伟——受达摩所系的战士们，被锁在彼此毁灭的宿命之中。
