Karṇa-parva Adhyāya 58 — Arjuna’s Arrow-Storm and Relief of Bhīmasena
छादयामास समरे शरैराशीविषोपमै: । द्रोणशत्रुर्महेष्वासो विव्याध निशितै: शरै:
sañjaya uvāca |
chādayāmāsa samare śarair āśīviṣopamaiḥ |
droṇaśatrur maheṣvāso vivyādha niśitaiḥ śaraiḥ ||
三阇耶说道：在鏖战正酣之际，那位伟大的弓手——诛杀德罗那者、德里什塔丢姆那——被利箭所覆，如同毒蛇攒集。然则这位强弓之士旋即以锐矢还击，刺穿其敌，显出战场无情的相报之理：勇武与创伤彼此应答，片刻不息。
