स तस्य शरवर्षाणि ववर्ष रथिनां वर: | तथा संशप्तकाश्रैव पार्थ बाणै: समार्पयन्
sa tasya śaravarṣāṇi vavarṣa rathināṃ varaḥ | tathā saṃśaptakāś caiva pārtha-bāṇaiḥ samārpayan |
三阇耶说道:那位最卓越的车战勇士以箭流倾泻于他;而与此同时,阿周那也以自己的箭矢回击三十七誓士,从四面八方以不息的技艺推进战斗。
संजय उवाच
The verse highlights the intensity of righteous warfare where prowess is paired with steadfast commitment: warriors bound by vows (Saṃśaptakas) and the disciplined precision of Pārtha’s arrows show how resolve and skill shape the moral texture of battle.
Sañjaya describes a peak moment of combat: a leading chariot-warrior showers an opponent with arrow-storms while simultaneously engaging the Saṃśaptakas using Arjuna’s arrows, indicating simultaneous pressure on multiple fronts.
