Adhyāya 41 — Kṛṣṇa’s Battlefield Briefing and the Renewal of the Great Engagement
वैवस्वताद् दण्डहस्ताद्वरुणाद् वापि पाशिन: । सगदाद् वा धनपते: सवज़ाद् वापि वासवात्
vaivasvatād daṇḍahastād varuṇād vāpi pāśinaḥ | sagadād vā dhanapateḥ savajrād vāpi vāsavāt, saha yuddha hi me tābhyāṃ sāmparāye bhaviṣyati |
桑阇耶说：“我不惧阎摩——毗婆斯梵之子，执罚杖者；不惧持绳索的伐楼那；不惧执钺槌的俱毗罗——财宝之主；不惧持金刚杵的婆娑婆（因陀罗）——亦不惧任何凶暴之敌。你当明白：因此我连阿周那与圣克里希纳也不畏惧。到最后的决战，我与那二人的交锋必将发生。”
