pratāryamāṇas taiḥ sarvair alpabuddhibhir aṇḍajaḥ

Translation

三阇耶说道：那卵生之鸟被一群浅智之人四面驱逼、骚扰不休——这正是愚者结众而行时的写照：不知分辨，不知节制，专以凌虐弱者为乐。
