अनिर्देश्योग्रवपुषो देवस्पासहुतेजस: । तब असुरोंका संहार करते हुए अवर्णनीय भयंकर रूपवाले असहा तेजस्वी महादेवजीके सामने वह तीनों पुरोंका समुदाय सहसा प्रकट हो गया
anirdeśyogravapuṣo devaspāsahutejasaḥ | tataḥ asurāṇāṃ saṃhāraṃ kurvataḥ avarṇanīya-bhayaṅkara-rūpavataḥ asahā-tejasvinaḥ mahādevasya sammukhe tat trīṇāṃ purāṇāṃ samūhaḥ sahasā prādurabhavat |
毗湿摩言：当大天（Mahādeva）以不可名状的凶烈之相、不可抗拒的威势、炽然的神辉，正诛灭阿修罗之时，三城之众忽然在其面前显现。此景昭示：当毁灭之力威胁宇宙秩序之际，压倒性的神力必将兴起以加以遏止。
