प्रजानाथ! उसने कवच, धनुष, बाण और खड्ग धारण कर रखे थे। वह श्रीकृष्ण और पाण्डुपुत्र धनंजयको प्रणाम करके उस समय भगवान्‌ श्रीकृष्णसे बोला--'प्रभो! यह मैं सेवामें उपस्थित हूँ। मुझे आज्ञा दीजिये, क्या करूँ?” ।।

prajānātha! sa kavacaṃ dhanuḥ bāṇān khaḍgaṃ ca dhārayāmāsa. sa śrīkṛṣṇaṃ pāṇḍuputraṃ dhanañjayaṃ ca praṇamya tadā bhagavantaṃ śrīkṛṣṇam abravīt— “prabho! ahaṃ sevāyām upasthitaḥ. ājñāpaya, kiṃ karomi?” || tataḥ taṃ meghasaṅkāśaṃ dīptāsyaṃ dīptakuṇḍalam | abhyabhāṣata haiḍimbiṃ dāśārhaḥ prahasann iva ||

噢,众生之主!他披甲在身,执弓挟箭,佩剑而立;向室利·奎师那与般度之子檀那阇耶(阿周那)俯首致敬,随即对至尊室利·奎师那说道:“主上,我已在此听候差遣。请下令——今日我当作何事?”于是,达沙尔哈(奎师那)仿佛含笑,对那黑如雨云、面焰炽然、耳环辉耀的海丁巴之子(伽托特迦察)开口说道。
