अभिमन्यु त्रिभिश्वैव केकयान् पञ्चभिस्तथा । पूर्णायतविसृष्टेन शरेणानतपर्वणा
sañjaya uvāca | abhimanyuṃ tribhiḥ śaraireva kekayān pañcabhiḥ tathā | pūrṇāyatavisṛṣṭena śareṇānataparvaṇā ||
三阇耶说道：他以三箭射中阿毗曼纽，又以五箭射中羯迦耶诸王子。继而他满弓而发，放出一支节处弯曲的利矢，在战斗中斩断刹帝罗提婆的右臂；那臂一落，他那张上等良弓——仍搭着一箭——也立刻坠落于地。
