अध्याय ८० — मध्यंदिन-रणवृत्तान्तः

“महाबली भीम मेरे सखा और सम्बन्धी हैं। वे हम लोगोंके भक्त हैं और मैं भी उन शत्रुसूदन भीमका भक्त हूँ ।। सो<हं तत्र गमिष्यामि यत्र यातो वृकोदर: । निष्नन्तं मां रिपून् पश्य दानवानिव वासवम्,“अतः मैं भी वहीं जाऊँगा जहाँ भीमसेन गये हैं। देखो जैसे इन्द्र दानवोंका संहार करते हैं, उसी प्रकार मैं भी शत्रुसेनाका विनाश कर रहा हूँ”
mahābalī bhīma me sakhā ca sambandhī ca; te asmākaṃ bhaktāḥ, aham api śatrusūdana-bhīmasya bhaktaḥ. so 'haṃ tatra gamiṣyāmi yatra yāto vṛkodaraḥ; niṣṇantaṃ māṃ ripūn paśya dānavān iva vāsavam.
三阇耶说道：“大力的毗摩是我的友人，也是我的亲族。他忠于我们，我亦忠于那位摧敌的毗摩。因此，弗利拘陀罗去往何处，我亦将随往。看我斩灭群敌，正如婆娑婆（因陀罗）昔日诛戮达那婆一般。”
