तथा चिन्तयतस्तस्य भूय एव पितामह:ः । प्रेषयामास संक़ुद्ध: शरान् पार्थरथं प्रति,भगवान् श्रीकृष्णके इस प्रकार चिन्तन करते समय अत्यन्त कुपित हुए पितामह भीष्मने अर्जुनके रथपर पुनः बहुत-से बाण चलाये
tathā cintayatas tasya bhūya eva pitāmahaḥ | preṣayāmāsa saṅkruddhaḥ śarān pārtharathaṃ prati ||
三阇耶说道：当圣者室利·克里希纳正如此沉思之时，祖父辈的毗湿摩——怒火再度炽燃，且一再不止——向阿周那的战车连发无数箭矢。此景昭示：在以法为准的战争热焰中，即便德高望重的长者，也会在自认关乎本方职责之际施展凌厉之力，从而加重克里希纳与阿周那所承受的道义压力。
