तत:ः शरसहस्रेण सुप्रयुक्तेन पाण्डव:
tataḥ śarasahasreṇa suprayuktena pāṇḍavaḥ
桑阇耶说:“随后,那位般度之子以千支利箭、运用得当,向战阵中疾射而出。”
संजय उवाच
Even within warfare, the verse highlights controlled, skillful action—force that is 'suprayukta' (properly applied). It suggests that conduct in conflict is judged not only by power but by discipline, competence, and adherence to one’s role (kṣatriya-dharma).
Sañjaya reports a battlefield moment in which a Pāṇḍava warrior releases a massive, well-aimed volley—'a thousand arrows'—signaling an intense exchange of missiles and the escalation of combat.
