Kuntibhojaś ca Caidyaś ca cakṣurbhyāṃ tau janeśvarī | Dāśārṇakāḥ Prabhadrāś ca Dāśerakagaṇaiḥ saha ||
三阇耶说道:“噢,王后,昆提菩阇与支提国王二人皆被击倒,双目失明。达沙尔那人与普拉跋陀罗人也同样倒下,并连同达舍罗迦诸队。”

The verse underscores the grim moral weight of war: even renowned kings and entire clans are reduced to suffering and ruin, reminding the listener that violence—though undertaken under kṣatriya codes—carries irreversible human cost.
Sañjaya reports to the queen (Gāndhārī) the battlefield outcome: Kuntibhoja and the Cedi king are rendered sightless/struck down, and the Dāśārṇas and Prabhadras fall along with the Dāśeraka contingents—part of the ongoing tally of losses in the Kurukṣetra war.
