Garuḍa Array and the Ardhacandra Counter-Formation
पाण्डवानामनीकानि वध्यमानानि संयुगे । श्वेतो गाड़ेयमुत्सूज्य तव पुत्रस्य वाहिनीम्,इति श्रीमहाभारते भीष्मपर्वणि भीष्मवधपर्वणि श्वेतवधे अष्टचत्वारिंशो5ध्याय: ।।
sañjaya uvāca |
pāṇḍavānām anīkāni vadhyamānāni saṃyuge |
śveto gāḍeyam utsṛjya tava putrasya vāhinīm ||
三阇耶说道：在鏖战之中，般度族的军阵正被战火削灭。他们遂放出迦陀之子白者（Śveta），直扑你儿子的军队，并继续猛攻——于是屠戮与溃散在俱卢军中蔓延开来。
