Arjuna–Bhīṣma Strategic Engagement and Mutual Arrow-Interdiction (भीष्मार्जुनसमागमः)
इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत भीष्मपर्वके अन्तर्गत भीष्मवधपर्वमें भीष्म आदिका समादरविषयक तैतालीसवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
iti prakāraḥ śrīmahābhārate bhīṣmaparvake antargataṃ bhīṣmavadhaparvaṇi bhīṣmādikā samādaraviṣayakaḥ taitālīśat-tamo 'dhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ abhavat
三阇耶说道：如是，在神圣的《摩诃婆罗多》之《毗湿摩篇》中，于“毗湿摩陨落”一段之内，关于恭敬礼赞毗湿摩及诸贤的第四十三章至此告终。此章末题记使战事叙述暂作停顿，强调即便身处血战之中，对长者与受敬重的战士仍当怀持敬畏之德，其伦理分量不可轻忽。
