Granting Sañjaya Divine Sight and the Description of Omens
श्वेतलोहितपर्यन्ता: कृष्णग्रीवा: सविद्युत: । विवर्णा: परिघा: संधौ भानुमन्तमवारयन्
śvetalohitaparyantāḥ kṛṣṇagrīvāḥ savidyutaḥ | vivarṇāḥ parighāḥ sandhau bhānumantam avārayan ||
毗舍婆耶那说道：黄昏之时，多彩的环带——边缘呈白与红，中部幽暗如黑颈——伴着电光闪烁，仿佛从四面围住并遮阻那光辉的太阳。此等征兆般的天象，预示战祸将临、冲突迫近，也昭示战争逼近时道德的紧绷与压迫。
