भीष्मस्य अप्रतिमपराक्रमः — शिखण्डिपुरस्कृतः प्रहारः
Bhīṣma’s unmatched momentum and the assault with Śikhaṇḍin in the lead
अभिमन्युं महाराज यान्तं भीष्मरथं प्रति । सुदक्षिणो महाराज काम्बोज: प्रत्यवारयत्,महाराज! भीष्मके रथकी ओर अग्रसर होनेवाले अभिमन्युको काम्बोजराज सुदक्षिणने रोका
abhimanyuṁ mahārāja yāntaṁ bhīṣmarathaṁ prati | sudakṣiṇo mahārāja kāmbojaḥ pratyavārayat ||
三阇耶说道：“大王啊，当阿毗曼纽向毗湿摩的战车猛进之时，甘波阇之王苏达克希那挺身拦截，使他不得不退却。战阵逼迫之中，即便英雄的冲锋也会遭遇警觉的阻挡；而双方的职责，皆化作对本方统帅与阵形的坚守护卫。”
